An annual inspection is recommended if you've been using your system regularly, have made no changes, and no known issues exist.
Our Level 1 Inspection Includes:
- Visual inspection of accessible parts of the chimney exterior and interior (firebox, damper, smoke chamber)
- Checking for:
Creosote or soot buildup
Blockages (birds’ nests, debris)
Cracks or damage in the flue
Proper clearances
- Basic tools used (flashlight, mirror, hand tools)
